ANDREW ASTROM

I was born and raised in the west end of Peterborough as the son of two parents who immigrated to Canada when they were young. I learned early on the importance of hard work and helping others. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Tammie for 30 years now and we have 3 amazing sons. I have recently completed a very rewarding and successful 30 year teaching career where I taught in Lindsay my first 5 years and 25 years right here in Peterborough where I taught my last 20 years at Holy Cross Secondary School. Throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to coach hundreds of students which was very gratifying because of being able to see them grow and succeed outside the classroom as well. I found my career as a teacher to be very rewarding. I enjoyed getting to know all of my students and relating with them in a way that helped foster a love for learning. I feel honoured to have been a

teacher and I will miss the students and my colleagues most of all. I am now excited to be starting a new career in Real Estate where I am thrilled to be teaming up with my wife Tammie at Bowes & Cocks. I have always loved Real Estate and I look forward to being able to provide you with exceptional, educated and informed service in order to help you make the best decision about your most important investment.
