You will need to fulfill the licensing requirements to become a registered salesperson in Ontario by:
  • Successfully completing the prescribed courses from the Ontario Real Estate Association
    Most can be taken online or by correspondence.  It will take approximately 4 to 6 months to complete the 3 initial courses
  • Submitting an application to the Real Estate Council of Ontario, along with sponsorship from a licensed Real Estate Brokerage.
  • Maintaining your license by completing additional courses as required by the province.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Canada.
